Typical Working Time
Built for the Right Mold Geometry
Detailed and general-purpose molds for resin, gypsum, soap, candle, craft, concrete and decorative casting.
Wide Hardness Range
Move from easy-peel soft molds to firmer production molds without changing product family.
Good Detail Reproduction
Low-flow pourable grades reach fine textures and detailed master surfaces.
Practical Processing
A consistent 100:3 mix ratio simplifies weighing, testing and routine production.
How to Choose a Starting Grade
Select by mold geometry and support requirement first. Validate performance with a sample before full production.
| Grade Range | Recommended Starting Direction |
|---|---|
| TCS05–TCS15 | Deep undercuts, delicate details and molds that need easy peel release. |
| TCS20–TCS30 | Balanced starting point for crafts, resin, gypsum and routine mold production. |
| TCS35–TCS40 | Larger parts and heavier castings that need better shape retention and support. |
TCS General Series Grade Comparison
Compare the available grades, then confirm the final selection against the current TDS and your production trial.

Typical values are for reference and are not specification limits. Results may vary with catalyst ratio, temperature, humidity, batch and test method.
Simple Processing Workflow
- Prepare: Clean and secure the master; apply a compatible release agent when required.
- Weigh: Measure base and catalyst by weight according to the current TDS.
- Mix: Blend thoroughly, scraping the sides and bottom of the container.
- Apply: Pour or brush according to the selected series and mold design.
- Cure: Leave undisturbed under the recommended conditions, then demold carefully.

TCS General Series FAQs
Start with TCS20 or TCS25 for balanced general-purpose performance. Choose a softer grade for deeper undercuts or a firmer grade for larger, better-supported molds.
Yes. Firmer grades are a practical starting direction for concrete and artificial-stone molds, subject to mold geometry, release requirements and production trials.
Color customization may be available depending on order quantity and application. Include your target color and quantity with the inquiry.
